First: We install our software to backup your computers and/or servers offsite automatically, securely, and up to compliance *. We check your backup logs daily, modify the backup to fit your needs, and ensure your backup is working properly. All included in our monthly service.

Second: In the event of file deletion, corruption, or any need to restore, it only takes minutes to retrieve your files back! You can do this through the software's easy to use interface, or we will do this for you at no charge.

Third: In the event of a complete catastrophe we will overnight your data, as well as assist your computer staff or company to get you up and going as soon as possible.

Last: All data is stored on separate servers in multiple cities outside of your state to ensure saftey and maximum redundancy.
